Antietam Sports Booster Scholarship
To be considered for the Antietam Sports Boosters Scholarship, the applicant must have played in at least two sports in each of the following grades: 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th. The applicant must have maintained a "C" average during this time and also plans to attend a post secondary school after graduation. Number and amount of scholarships awarded is pending final Sports Boosters treasurer's report of the school year.
The Sports Boosters feel a qualified candidate should model positive character traits. The model athlete should:
- Exhibit a strong work ethic
- Act as a team player.
- Display leadership.
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship with teammates and opponents.
