Highlights: At New Schaefferstown, a free throw by Leeaura McCorkle, her only point of the game, with 14 seconds left proved to be the deciding factor as the Mounts (2-7, 6-12) topped the Trojans (3-4, 8-8).
Down by nine early in the fourth quarter, Tulpehocken came back to take a 56-54 lead with a minute left.
Anna Smale scored off an offensive rebound to tie it before McCorkle's free throw put Antietam ahead.
Katura McCorkle scored 10 of her 14 points in the third quarter and Paige Glovenski had eight of her team-best 20 in the third.
Cassondra Mellen led all scorers with 22 points for Tulpehocken.
